French Toast

Some of you might remember that I did a guest post for my friend 2paw not long ago. In it I mention that you can make French Toast with the left over egg whites. I thought you might like to see the results.

You will need:

1 egg (or 2 egg whites)

milk

tablespoon sugar

butter

bread

topping choice.

Method:

Mix the egg, sugar and milk together in a shallow (any) bowl.

Soak the bread in the mix.

Heat the butter in a hot fry pan.

Fry the bread until golden brown. Flip and repeat.

Makes two slices.

I ate mine with strawberry jam and a chocolate milk, but then I’m decadent!
